PRECONDITIONS FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE

 

  • Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the original order.

 

  • Items must be undamaged,unwashed and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

 

Return Policy

In Sidiclothings,the clothes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

 

  • In the case of the Sidiclothings's responsibility, we will be responsible for the extra shipping fee. ( For example, the clothing received is broken, defective, the quantity or style is wrong,we will bear the shipping costs of the return and exchange and guarantee that you can receive the correct clothes or refund.)

 

  • In the case of the customer's responsibility, customer will be responsible for the shipping fee . (For example,the customer doesn't want it for personal reasons,the freight of the return and exchange will be borne by the buyer.)

 

  • The refund or exchange will be made once the warehouse has received the return.

 

Sidiclothings's Responsibility: incorrect order or defective order

 

Customer’s Responsibility: wrong selection of products or unwanted items

 

Please note: Before returning the goods, please apply for the return procedure with us first, and then return it after obtaining our confirmation.

Return/Exchange Process

Step1: Request a return or an exchange, please contact our Customer Service at sales@sidiclothings.com .

 

Step2: Explain the reason for returning the goods and provide pictures or videos to prove it.And confirm the return address with us.

 

Step3: Prepare your package and pack your merchandise and all its contents (including box and dust bags) securely.

 

Step4: Download the return label if you qualify for a free return.

 

Step5: Deliver your package. Make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online.

 

We’ll pop you an email as soon as your return has been processed.

Refund

Refunds will be processed within 3 business days upon receiving your return at the warehouse. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us at sales@sidiclothings.com.

 

The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.Currently we only support PayPal payments, so it will be returned to your PayPal account.
