  • Eligible items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of the original order.


  • Items must be undamaged,unwashed and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

In Sidiclothings,the clothes can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.


  • In the case of the Sidiclothings's responsibility, we will be responsible for the extra shipping fee. ( For example, the clothing received is broken, defective, the quantity or style is wrong,we will bear the shipping costs of the return and exchange and guarantee that you can receive the correct clothes or refund.)


  • In the case of the customer's responsibility, customer will be responsible for the shipping fee . (For example,the customer doesn't want it for personal reasons,the freight of the return and exchange will be borne by the buyer.)


  • The refund or exchange will be made once the warehouse has received the return.
